The primary solution was to be focused on the companies desired video conferencing solution, Zoom. They wanted to create a Zoom Room that had the flexibility to work across other platforms such as Microsoft Teams and GoTo Meetings.
In addition to creating the best conference room experience, it was key to ensure the software and hardware was seamlessly integrated to create a simple user experience. The video conferencing solution would be required to make it easy to host or join video meetings with the touch of a button.
TVC supplied and installed 2x wall mounted 55” Mitchell & Brown 4K Ultra HD TVs. Secured using flat screen wall mounts with tilt, it is easy to adjust the angle of the TVs when required. The 2-screen solution allows Monarch to share presentations on one screen and retain a live image of all the virtual meeting attendees on another. This solution is perfect for online meetings with numerous attendees and documents or slides to share.
For the conferencing solution, we opted for the Logitech Rally Plus Video conferencing kit. Logitech Rally delivers studio-quality video and unmatched voice clarity with video conferencing applications that work with USB devices, including Google Hangouts Meet, Microsoft Skype® for Business, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. The system integrates beautifully into medium and larger rooms.
The Premium PTZ camera with Ultra-HD imaging system offers automatic camera control, creating a better user experience with Logitech’s RightSense™ technology.
The Rally Mic Pod auto-levels voices and suppresses noise for clear audio. With convenient mute control and indicator light, it provides a consistent conference room audio system, ideal for every seating position throughout the meeting space.
To provide total flexibility and easy of use, we also installed the Zoom Rooms App to an android tablet, making the application a simple one touch solution to start a video conferencing meeting or conference call.
