Leazes Parade is a private hall of residence situated less than 10 minutes’ walk from the Newcastle University campus.
Each flat is designed to make life easier, and is available in two, three, four, five or six bedrooms, all with comfy communal lounge/kitchen areas and bathrooms.
We were approached by TheStudentShed, who offer comprehensive solutions for Purpose Built Student Accommodations (PBSA), to help fulfil their client’s requirements.
With an already impressive list of features, Leazes Parade wanted to create a stylish modern environment by installing a new range of TVs and White Goods in their student accommodation flats.
The modern-day student is demanding an ever-improving living experience and our aim was to create a fresh and comfortable living space for their students.
Utilising our unique and wide-ranging supply chain, we delivered and installed a range of sleek and stylish Mitchell & Brown Ultra HD 4K TVs. Secured to the wall with professional AV mounts, the 43” & 49” TVs offer students a high-quality viewing experience and the latest Smart Apps all in the comfort of their shared living space.
In addition, an array of new appliances were introduced to help refresh the kitchen areas. From microwaves, fridges and freezers to freestanding ovens, tall fridge freezers and vacuum cleaners; we have the experience and ability to meet the demanding requirements of the student accommodation sector.
