Evolve ODM specialise in providing Managed Network Solutions to a variety of businesses, helping reduce costs, simplify management of services and give business owners and their teams more time to do what they do best. The company was founded in 2005, and since then they’ve built up a portfolio of clients from industries all around the world.

The Brief

The client approached TVC after researching leading providers of AV and video conferencing solutions in the UK. They sought the roll-out of a new AV system at their HQ in Wigan in the form of multiple TV screens for their support room, a large video wall in the boardroom, and the installation of some of their own screens in various meeting rooms. The main prerequisite was the ability to cast important company content on the digital display screens for the support team to utilise daily, as well as having the latest video conferencing software for virtual meetings with external clients in the boardroom.

The Delivery

As Evolve have built up clientele globally, it’s vital that they have specialised AV equipment to hold high quality virtual meetings. To facilitate this, we created a large-scale video wall in their main boardroom by mounting 4 x 49” Philips commercial HD LED video wall panels on Peerless video wall brackets in a square formation. The crisp contrast and narrow bezels of the Philips digital display screens enable clear, distraction-free images.

A state-of-the-art Screenbeam Wireless Casting Solution was connected to the video wall panels, this intuitive device enables the wireless streaming of one huge image across all 4 screens from various devices including Apple, Windows and mobile. To meet the final criterion of adding advanced video conferencing software to the boardroom, we opted for a Poly Studio all-in-one video conferencing bar with a dedicated desk controller. The exceptional optics, powerful audio, automatic camera framing, and cutting-edge noise blocking technology allows users to put their best foot forward in virtual meetings. The video conferencing bar and accessible touch interface connects directly to Zoom thus removing the need for a PC or MacBook in the boardroom.

The support team at Evolve work to tight deadlines and assist multiple clients on a day-to-day basis. To aid in staff productivity and organisation, the client requested for vital project related information to be continuously on display in the support room. TVC Engineers mounted 5 x 55” Samsung Hospitality LED TV screens in juxtaposition, ensuring they were clearly visible for all staff. The Samsung Hospitality digital display screens are specifically designed to run for 12+ hours per day, 7 days a week which is ideal for use in corporate settings with long working days.

We also supplied and installed a range of standalone screens from 43" to 55" throughout, from a hanging screen solution in the corner of the office, to a large screen display in the open plan meeting area. In two of the additional meeting rooms we installed Evolve's existing 86" & 55" video conferencing screens and controllers. Finally, a touch screen visitor management solution was provided, creating a great first impression for their customers and visitors.
