Bolton Stadium Hotel recently approached us with the goal of enhancing the audio-visual experience for their guests. They sought upgrades for the systems in their hotel bar areas, over 100 luxury rooms, and their full range of penthouse suites. In addition, Bolton Stadium Hotel wanted to implement a messaging service for guests, creating an opportunity to promote various offers and promotions during their stay.
TVC has enjoyed a relationship with Bolton Stadium Hotel and Bolton Wanderers for over two decades. Our most recent collaboration involved a comprehensive AV renovation, including the upgrade of their entire video distribution system, enhancements to light-box signage in the food courts, and the installation of over 100 Mitchell & Brown screens in their hospitality areas. Mitchell & Brown TV Screens
For Bolton Stadium Hotel's beautifully designed standard and pitch-side rooms, we supplied and installed 114 Mitchell & Brown JB-43BL1811 43” 4K Ultra HD Linux Smart TVs. Additionally, we equipped the hotel's premium penthouse suites with 20 Mitchell & Brown JB-50BL1811 50” 4K Ultra HD Linux Smart TVs.
These ultra slim screens are complimented with a contemporary, near borderless design that seamlessly fits into any room décor such as Bolton Stadium Hotel’s bespoke room aesthetics.
Boasting a 4K Ultra HD resolution, the Mitchell & Brown near borderless range offers more detailed and sharper images for Bolton Stadium Hotel’s residents to enjoy all the entertainment channels from the comfort of their own room.
Equipped with High Dynamic Range (HDR) colour technology, this results in all hotel guests being able to enjoy more vivid and lifelike imagery with a broad range of colours and more intricate detail in both dark and bright environments – perfect for Bolton Stadium Hotel’s pitchside room guests.
Bolton Stadium Hotel requested a feature that would allow them to showcase their latest offerings and events directly in the hotel rooms to maximise the revenue potential by any means possible. The Mitchell & Brown TVs come with a built-in "Hotel Mode," enabling the hotel to control what is displayed to guests whenever the TVs are turned on.
This was achieved utilising the existing infrastructure, MySign Digital Signage software and a range of head end modulation equipment.
To complement these models, we've also provided each TV with a Mitchell & Brown JB-1811UR Big Button TV Remote. Designed with user-friendliness in mind, this remote features large, clear, and simplified buttons for essential TV functions. This solution is perfect for Bolton Stadium Hotel, catering to a diverse range of guests, as it offers a simple and easy-to-read remote for all who stay at the hotel.
Heading into the Bolton Whites Hotel bar and we have installed a range of Mitchell & Brown models throughout the area, ensuring that hotel guests have visibility of a screen no matter where they are seated.
B-Tech Wall Brackets
In a selection of Bolton Stadium Hotel’s rooms, we have supplied and installed several of B-Tech’s Flat Screen Tilt & Swivel Wall Mounts.
In rooms where TV placement was challenging, B-Tech’s specialised wall mounts provided an easy-to-fit, manoeuvrable solution to allow for Bolton Stadium Hotel to position the TVs in the most optimum position for guests to enjoy their favourite content with supreme comfort and ease.
Combined with a selection of cover plates to hide fixings behind the TV, it makes the B-Tech Tilt & Swivel Wall Mount a neat and tidy mounting solution that is perfect for Bolton Stadium Hotel’s needs.
MySign Digital Signage Solutions
Building on the Digital Signage Solutions we previously installed in Bolton Wanderers’ Corporate Area, Fanzone and Concourse Screens (which can be viewed by clicking here.), we were asked to provide a similar service displaying both live sporting events alongside key promotional/wayfinding messaging at the same time using MySign’s industry-leading picture-in-picture technology.
Now, in the Bolton Stadium Hotel bar area, it’s possible to display live TV alongside relevant offers/promotional events simultaneously. This is a great solution for matchdays, allowing the hotel to showcase live sporting action before a game combined with highlighting all drinks offers for customers to enjoy in the leadup to kick-off.
Furthermore, MySign’s cloud-based software enables easy scheduling, modification, and updates to the content displayed on screens, offering functional ease.
This means that, depending on the time of day and specific setting, Bolton Stadium Hotel can easily display all relevant information to hotel residents and bar patrons.
