Following a referral from our colleagues at M Worldwide, with whom we previously collaborated on the Game Nation case study; we were entrusted with creating an immersive, bespoke AV experience for Oscar Mayer.
This facility required the latest high-quality audio and video processing and distribution systems plus a state-of-the-art multi-camera solution for their Insight Room.
Samsung Video Wall Displays
Within Oscar Mayer’s meeting room, we provided 11 Samsung Razor Thin Video Wall Displays. These displays are seamlessly integrated with Oscar Mayer’s outstanding video conferencing wall, utilising B-Tech’s industry leading System X digital signage mounting solution.
With an incredible narrow bezel measurement of just 0.44mm, these video wall displays provide a seamless and immersive viewing experience. Additionally, this setup allows Oscar Mayer to deliver stunning visuals across their array of screens, impressing their range of corporate clients.
Samsung’s video wall screens provide an exceptional UHD viewing experience with minimal effort, making a lasting impression on any corporate clients Oscar Mayer may bring into their premises to showcase their impressive product portfolio.
Additionally, Samsung’s picture enhancement technology ensures that all content show on their screens is vibrant and clear. With features like Picture Enhancer and Black Equalizer modes, it allows for any image to be shown in optimal condition.
Neat Video Conferencing Bar

The all-in-one camera, microphone and speaker video conferencing solution reliably handles all of Oscar Mayer’s meeting space needs in a simple-to-use, well-crafted device.
Integrated seamlessly into Oscar Mayer’s video wall display, this allows the food production company to hold meetings with corporate clients far and wide. Neat’s desk mount controller facilitates easy connectivity, enabling large teams to participate effortlessly.
Thanks to its latest technological advancements, this video conferencing solution can dynamically adjust and adapt to a room’s acoustics, noises, lighting conditions, and the number of people in the room. This allows Oscar Mayer to provide crisp, clear audio to customers on the other end of the video call.
Audac Amplification & Loudspeakers plus Trigger Switch Media Player Systems
To further enhance the audio quality within the room, TVC provided a series of Audac’s latest passive loudspeakers that were strategically placed around the entirety of Oscar Mayer’s newly renovated areas.
Four Audac KYRA 12” column speakers were placed around the meeting room, delivering detailed sound and exceptional clarity. With advanced mounting possibilities, these speakers allow for easy swivelling and tilting.
They are complemented with two Audac BASO 12” compact bass reflex cabinets within the same area. Designed for compactness and featuring a bass reflex design, these cabinets ensure optimal audio performance during any presentations or video conference calls Oscar Mayer may hold in this space.
Heading into the one of the other areas at the facility, two Audac CIRA7 ceiling speakers were installed at the entrance and nine Audac ALTI 6 two-way pendant speakers were introduced, evenly spaced across the space. These two-way pendant speakers are suspended from the ceiling, providing high-quality audio performance without obstructing the room's stunning aesthetic appeal.
When designing their expansive open spaces, Oscar Mayer aimed to create a welcoming environment for their guests. To achieve this vision, TVC designed and implemented a trigger switch media player system that includes dedicated players for the entrance and communal area. These systems allow for easy activation of relevant messaging and sound effects, enhancing the overall experience.
Oscar Mayers Technical Team can pre-load dedicated audio files to their media player systems, that can be executed at the touch of a button, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience for all.
Wyrestorm Signal Distribution
The Technical Team at Oscar Mayer’s Wrexham site will have full control over their new IP Based video Distribution setup, facilitated by Wyrestorm’s state-of-the-art Network HD Control system. With this advanced distribution and control system, Oscar Mayer can distribute high-definition video content, in conjunction with MySign’s Digital Signage Media Players and multi-camera solution, within their own AV system.
Furthermore, with the help of Network HD’s Companion Control App, it enables a streamlined management process for their AV systems. Through the supplied Apple iPAD, the Technical Team has full control over the Audio and Video Systems throughout the facility, ensuring an immersive and cohesive AV experience for those visiting the site. Rather than just having a fixed point for amending content the NetworkHD Touch App enables seamless operational control alongside maximum enjoyment for those in the building.
Optimal Audio Control
Within all three major zones at Oscar Mayer, TVC have introduced Optimal Audio’s Audio Control System to simplify operations.
The Technical Team can effortlessly manage audio levels and sources in each zone using the installed Optimal Audio Pad4 and Pad1 controllers, as well as the Optimal Audio Web App on an Apple iPad. This capability makes it straightforward to adjust audio settings, ensuring a crisp and clear audio experience that enhances the overall experience.
Bespoke Camera Solution
Within one of the major zones, Oscar Mayer requested to have a specialised multi-camera system.
With that in mind, we created a bespoke multi-camera solution that includes eight cameras, installed in four individual zones plus a four-camera array.
We have also supplied and installed two Audac Ares 5A stereo active speakers. Ensuring crisp, clear audio can be heard at all times when necessary.
