Located in the heart of Oldham, the Oak Gables Partnership is a medical practice with the aim of providing a high-quality medical service for the residents of Shaw & Crompton in the North-West of England.
Oak Gables Partnership reached out to TVC with the vision of upgrading their AV technology and small domestic appliances following their recent relocation to a new facility in the Oldham area.
They required a selection of commercial screens to be strategically installed throughout the building’s communal areas. Additionally, Oak Gables Partnership highlighted the need for a new, state-of-the-art video conferencing system in one of their larger meeting rooms to support training sessions and other vital needs of the practice.
Samsung Commercial TV Screens
Located strategically around the building in various meeting areas, ranging from 50 inch to 65 inch, are a collection of Samsung commercial screens.
Designed to be operational for extended periods of time, these screens are a perfect fit for Oak Gables Partnership.
The Samsung commercial screens are manufactured for long term use without overheating, ensuring that staff members can display training materials for prolonged periods of time throughout the day.

Poly Studio Video Conferencing Bar
Within the larger communal room of the Oak Gables Partnership’s new facility, we supplied and installed a Poly Studio X50 all-in-one video bar.
The Poly Studio X50 is an ideal video conferencing solution for Oak Gables Partnership's medium-sized meeting room. Its user-friendly design and 75-degree viewing angle ensure that multiple staff members can comfortably participate in important calls while remaining fully visible on camera.

ScreenBeam 1100Plus Wireless Presentation Device
To compliment the Poly video conferencing bar, we have also supplied Oak Gables Partnership with a ScreenBeam Smart Video Conferencing wireless presentation solution.
Making the overall video conferencing experience easier for both in-person and remote meetings, the Screenbeam incorporates screen sharing from Oak Gables Partnership teams devices. This is crucial when presenting content to large groups of team members, enhanced by the addition of wireless connectivity and the technology’s ease of access.
Additionally, with the Quick Switch Mode, any participant within the room can effortlessly connect to the screen to present/display materials with seamless ease.
Furthermore, Screenbeam’s multi-view feature allows for up to four users to share content on the same screen. This will be particularly beneficial to Oak Gables Partnership team members when presenting to large groups and needing to display multiple information sources at once – an essential training resource.

For several of Oak Gables Partnership TVs in various meeting rooms, we have supplied and installed Peerless Universal Flat Wall Mounts.
In rooms where TV placement was challenging, Peerless specialised wall mounts offered an easy-to-install, adjustable solution. This allowed Oak Gables Partnership to position the TVs in the optimal locations for maximum visibility.
