TVC installed four 75-inch Philips high-brightness displays in portrait orientation, creating substantial digital advertising space within Royal Casino Slots’ high street windows.

Featuring 4K Ultra HD resolution and a brightness of 3,000cd/m², the displays provide sharp imagery and clear messaging in high ambient light conditions. Their large portrait format gives branded artwork and promotional content a prominent presence, helping the venue make effective use of its window frontage.

Designed for continuous 24/7 commercial operation, the screens provide the durability required for extended use. Built-in ambient light sensors allow brightness to adjust with surrounding conditions, supporting visibility as light levels change throughout the day.

Bespoke Content Creation Package

To maximise the impact of its new displays, Royal Casino Slots enlisted the services of our Digital Display Design Studio (DDD), TVC’s specialist content design service. The service provides professionally designed, branded content that turns digital signage into an effective tool for promotion, information and customer engagement.

For Royal Casino Slots, this included designs showcasing refreshments, casino games and sign-up offers, alongside welcome messaging and branding to support the new venue’s launch. Content was tailored to each screen’s purpose, with external displays attracting passing attention and encouraging visitors inside, while internal screens highlighted the key offers and refreshments.

A consistent visual style reinforced the Royal Casino Slots identity across every design. The variety of content gave them the flexibility to communicate different messages throughout the venue while maintaining a cohesive, professional appearance.

The process began with a scoping meeting to agree key messages, calls to action and available brand assets, alongside the content required for each area. DDD then created the artwork in the appropriate screen formats and uploaded and scheduled it through the MySign Digital Signage cloud-based CMS platform across both internal and external screen players.

WyreStorm Distribution Systems

WyreStorm distribution equipment connects the signage sources with the display installation, providing a practical means of sharing content across multiple screens.

The project incorporated a four-output HDMI splitter and a two-output HDMI splitter. These allow a single source to feed multiple connected displays, supporting consistent messaging without requiring a separate player at every screen.

Sharing sources also reduces the number of playback devices Future Leisure needs to manage, simplifying the system and helping connected screens present the same campaign consistently.

A WyreStorm extender kit and dedicated Cat6 cabling support signal delivery over the longer cable run. Together with the HDMI connections, this provides the connectivity needed to accommodate the installation’s equipment positions.

B-Tech Mounting Solution

Four B-Tech floor-to-ceiling double-pole mounting systems support the 75-inch portrait displays, providing a secure structure suited to the window installation.

The specified assemblies combine System 2 poles, heavy-duty fixing components, pole joiners, accessory collars and compatible screen interfaces. This modular arrangement allows the mounting structure to be configured around the display dimensions and installation requirements.

By supporting the screens between floor and ceiling, the solution enables their positioning within the window frontage while maintaining a consistent, professional presentation. This gives Royal Casino Slots flexibility in screen placement without relying on a suitable wall directly behind each display, helping the installation make effective use of the available window space.

MySign Digital Signage

Two MySign hardware and software packages, including dedicated signage players, provide the content playback and management platform.

MySign makes customer-facing messaging straightforward to update, allowing Royal Casino Slots to refresh its displays as promotional requirements change. This supports an adaptable digital frontage and reduces the need to produce and replace printed material for every update.
