Laser Clinics is a rapidly expanding global cosmetics brand born in Australia, offering tailored beauty treatments for individual needs and desired results. With over 180 locations globally, 46 in the UK alone, they are the largest cosmetic clinic in the world. With strict brand standards, all treatments are performed with medical-grade equipment and advanced technology by Doctors, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, and trained Therapists. That paired with incredible customer service has allowed Laser Clinics to catapult into the leading position in the laser hair removal field.
Laser Clinics approached TVC wanting high-quality digital display screens to drive customer engagement at the front of their shopping centre stores located throughout the UK. They wanted to improve their store’s kerb appeal by displaying vibrant marketing materials, updates about new treatments, group credentials and current offers to passers-by. Their sites are always situated in busy locations with heavy footfall, usually in shopping centres or on highstreets. For this reason, their plan was to connect the digital display screen to their existing digital signage solution to inform the high volume of passing traffic about Laser Clinics and their services.
TVC are renowned for the supply of AV equipment specifically tailored for use in retail environments, with many years of industry knowledge and expertise, we could advise Laser Clinics on the best solution for their requirements. Laser Clinics were so impressed with the initial solution presented to them that they partnered with TVC to supply additional digital display screens to 35 of their UK sites.
After a lengthy deliberation process, it was decided that the Philips 65” Ultra HD Q-Line Display was the most suitable option for the Laser Clinics shopping centre stores. TVC recently supplied this digital display to their new Manchester site located in the bustling Arndale shopping centre. The Ultra HD display allows users to inform and enthral potential customers with picture perfect images. The FailOver function also allows the Philips Professional Display to switch automatically between primary and secondary inputs, ensuring that content keeps playing even if the primary source goes down. This is the reassurance needed for a high visibility shop front in a prominent location as a blank display screen could affect new business acquisition.
“Built on an Android platform, our Philips Q-Line digital displays are perfect for use in commercial environments, bringing the team the ability to easily manage content, and engaging customers with laser sharp picture quality. We’re delighted to have worked together with TVC to bring this solution to life.” – Tracy Barrow, Key Account Manager at Philips PPDS
“In a business that is growing quickly, TVC have always been flexible and supportive, particularly when we have had to change plans at the last minute. Being able to deal with individuals rather than a sales desk meant we could always tailor the service to meet our needs. We have had a great service!” – Lee Walsh, Head of Clinic Openings at Laser Clinics
