KOMI Group are a fast-growing online media company, who specialise in social media, marketing, and licensing. With the aim to build the most engaged digital audiences in the world, KOMI create, manage, and build social brands/influencers to become some of the UK’s leading social entities through their entertaining content management strategy and industry-leading influencer online growth style.
Working closely with our partners Equasys, an Information Technology advisory & support-based business in the North West, we were tasked with providing a complete AV overhaul of KOMI’s new Manchester premises to match their internal company values.
KOMI’s goal was to make their new Manchester office a user-friendly, collaborative, and immersive technological hub. Seamlessly blending cutting-edge technology that represents the company’s core values and allows them to easily keep up to date with the latest social trends. KOMI were keen to implement an innovative digital signage solution coupled with an impressive video wall prominently displayed in the reception area, captivating both guests and staff upon arrival.
Additionally, we needed to equip their diverse meeting rooms with an array of video-conferencing technology, seamlessly integrating them with a selection of LG commercial-grade TVs. Discover below how we successfully delivered a cost-effective and future-proofed solution.
As soon as you enter the KOMI offices, you are immediately greeted by a spectacular 2x2 video wall that consists of four 55” LG Smart LED video wall screens. Specifically designed as video wall screens with their impressive image gap reduction, these screens come with an ultra-thin bezel, allowing for seamless imagery to be displayed across the entire video wall that creates a fantastic 110” display.
Furthermore, we installed a HDMI Switch within this specific video wall setup, enabling up to four sources to be viewed independently or as one large display across the 110” screen.
Adjacent to the video wall is a Vestel 50” Digital Signage Commercial Screen in portrait mode displaying a welcoming message and latest company details. Designed for 24/7 operation, which allows for a mixture of economical benefits with state-of-the-art performance, perfectly aligning with KOMI's vision for their office renovation.
Both the video wall and digital signage screen are powered by MySign’s commercial-grade media player.
Whether it is to display welcome messaging for KOMI’s clientele, important employee information or key social trend news, MySign’s cloud-based software has the capability to show bespoke messaging in a clear and concise fashion using their wide range of digital signage templates.
Additionally, every member of the KOMI team can effortlessly organise, modify, or update content on both screens with minimal hassle.
In the boardroom, social areas, meeting rooms, and collaborative workspaces, we've deployed a wide array of LG Commercial TVs spanning from 43” to 75” in size.
Whether it is in any of the above settings, LG's commercial TV range stands out for its exceptional quality and beautifully showcases KOMI's captivating visuals. Elevating the presentation of their content and helping to create the relaxed working environment that they are trying to establish.
To facilitate this objective, LG commercial screens located in the mezzanine level and collaborative workspace areas are secured using a flat screen wall mount with a double arm from B-Tech AV Wall Mounts. This setup enhances mobility, enabling a broader range of movement for the screens and ensuring optimal viewing angles, particularly when larger groups of employees are collaborating on projects.
Finally, for larger rooms like the downstairs meeting room and boardroom, we've provided a Jabra Panacast 50 Video Conference Bar seamlessly integrated with LG 65” commercial screens.
