The residents of Wednesbury were extremely glad to see the Windmill pub reopened its doors, following a major investment, which involved a mass transformation of their AV hardware, and marked their grand reopening with a large launch party.
Within this recently renovated pub now is a large plethora of Samsung 4K LED hospitality TVs, alongside a blend of Audac and Cloud loudspeaker systems to improve the entire customer experience. It is not just the indoor aesthetic that has undergone a significant improvement, with the outdoor seating area now benefitting from an impressive Outdoor TV.
We have installed a 32” Samsung Hospitality LED TV that, as you can see from the image above, takes pride of place behind the Windmill’s main bar.
A special feature of this screen is the ability to show all the latest drinks offers and upcoming live sport to be shown inside the Windmill, thanks to MySign’s digital signage media player that is installed behind the TV.
With a vast array of digital signage templates available for the Windmill to use, this allows any of the members of staff to amend, schedule or update any specific pub promotions quickly and effortlessly.
To compliment an existing 55” commercial TV, the Windmill’s main bar area now boasts brand new 55” and 65” Samsung Hospitality 4K LED screens, which are expertly mounted on peerless flat wall brackets.
These Samsung Hospitality 4K LED models have been placed on the main two viewing areas of the main bar, which guarantees that anyone in the pub will be able to view a screen no matter where they are situated.
When looking at commercial televisions, durability is an essential, and the Samsung Hospitality 4K LED screens are manufactured specifically for this purpose.
Designed to operate year-round on a continuous basis, the Windmill now has the capacity to feature all the live sporting action for their patrons to enjoy during their opening hours.
An audio upgrade has taken place throughout the entirety of the Windmill, and we have installed five Cloud 6” 100v passive surface mount loudspeakers.
Spaced out to cover the entire main bar area, these surface mounted speakers are the ideal choice for any commercial venue. These specific loudspeakers provide consistent audio dispersion throughout the pub when live sports or music is being broadcast in the pub, so all customers are able to hear all the live music, quiz nights, sporting action and even some karaoke without any issues.
Available in both black and white with removable logos, these loudspeakers fit into all hospitality settings without taking away from their existing décor.
Heading into the rear of the pub, where the pool table and dart boards are located, the Windmill now boasts a brand new 55” Samsung 4K Hospitality LED screen with smooth motion handling. Any sports fans who are enjoying live action whilst playing darts or pool will not have to worry about motion blur.
Tending to be the busier area of the pub, we have improved the auditory experience by installing four Audac V8” 175W and a 10” subwoofer to ensure customers are able to experience all the live entertainment the Windmill has to offer when enjoying a game of pool or even getting involved in the team darts nights on a Monday and a Wednesday.
With their ability to achieve stunning sound quality from their compact cabinet structure, the Audac V8 loudspeaker improves all customers’ visits massively.
Within the 10” subwoofer, the Windmill guarantees incredible sound quality and pressure thanks to Audac’s expertly crafted bass reflex design. What’s more, with dual low-loss suspension installed within the loudspeaker, this particular model makes sure that sound is evenly dispersed from the darts board to the pool table at opposing sides of the room.
To cap off the incredible AV design of the sports area, the Windmill has had three light effects installed into the ceilings, that aides in transforming the rear bar area in the evening time to create the perfect party atmosphere for customers.
A complete transformation has taken place in the outdoor area of the Windmill. A 55” Samsung 4K LED hospitality screen has been fitted within a bespoke TVC outdoor TV enclosure, ensuring that all the hardware is protected from the elements.
Additionally, with the state-of-the-art picture enhancement technology, this will make sure that glare is reduced during daytime viewing and customers can enjoy a refreshing beverage in the outdoors.
