The Seven Seas pub in Grimsby is a large, spacious venue with multiple new LED screens to watch live sport on. The inside and outside of the premises have been refurbished to add to the pub’s street appeal and to make the experience more enjoyable for customers.
In the Main Bar area, a total of 6 x 55” Samsung Hospitality LED TVs were mounted on Peerless flat wall brackets. They were installed above the bar and at other high visibility points so they can be seen clearly by customers queuing to buy drinks. 6 x Audac 8” 175W loudspeakers were added on tilt and turn brackets as well as a large single unit light effect. These will be utilised at the weekend when the pub hosts live music events and stronger, more diverse audio equipment is needed.
1 x 32” Samsung Hospitality LED TV was installed behind the bar on a B-Tech flat wall bracket. The customer wanted this screen to be used solely to display Craft Union marketing materials and current drinks offers. Therefore, TVC opted for a commercial grade digital media player with digital signage software and templates to link up to this screen. It gives staff versatility with the messaging on display; it can now be updated quickly and easily at pub level when required.
In the Games area, 2 x 55” Samsung Hospitality LED TVs were fixed on Peerless flat wall brackets as well as 3 x Cloud 6” speakers. This area is now home to 2 brand new pool tables, we think there’ll be plenty of pool tournaments happening in the future while customers watch live sport and listen to music on the brand-new AV equipment!
Finally, in the Lounge area there are 3 booths with comfortable seating. 1 x 32” Samsung Hospitality LED TV was installed in each booth; allowing smaller groups to sit and socialise privately while having the option to watch live sport. To compliment the in-booth technology, 3 x 6” Cloud 100V speakers and another large single unit light effect were also added in this zone.
