The Corner House pub in Maidenhead reopened its doors on the 2nd of Feb 2023 after a 200k investment. Landlords brother and sister duo Paul and Tracy James have a combined 30 years’ experience within the pub industry. The pair intend to make The Corner House the heart of the local community with a whole host of entertainment throughout the week including horse racing, karaoke, quizzes and FIFA nights.
The investment allowed a complete renovation of the pub, including new booths and a brand-new pool table. The pub has a fresh new look, with five new LED TV screens, and even a secret garden seating area with an outdoor TV.
Main Bar Area
Within the main bar area of The Corner House pub, we installed a 32-inch Samsung LED TV behind the bar, with the main purpose to display any promotional information, such as drink specials and upcoming events, for customers to view while ordering drinks at the bar.
The screen behind the bar is powered by a MySign digital signage media player and their intuitive digital signage software which offers a variety of easy-to-use digital signage templates to pick from, allowing staff at The Corner House to quickly and easily update the material within the pub itself.
There was also a 65-inch Samsung 4k LED TV screen fitted across from the bar. With its enhanced 4K UHD crystal display it offers perfect picture quality and space saving with slim design. And we don’t doubt that it will be the perfect screen for the locals to enjoy live sport, quiz nights and karaoke evenings!
Sports Area
The sports area within The Corner House features three new TV displays, including 2x 55-inch and 1x 32-inch LED TV screens, along with an Audac X6 80W loudspeakers and an Audac 10-inch subwoofer. These new screens with enhanced audio provide an outstanding viewing experience for any Monday night horse racing and help amp up any live sporting events.
Outdoor Area (Secret Outdoor Seating Area)
The outdoor seating area has a 55-inch LED TV screen that has been placed with a TVC outdoor TV enclosure. A bespoke TVC Outdoor Enclosure was used to protect the Outdoor TV screen from wind, rain, and other inclement weather conditions. The Perspex Outdoor TV cover ensures that the Outdoor TV is protected even on the busiest of evenings!
