The Levenshulme pub in Manchester is renowned for the LGBTQ friendly concept rolled out by previous owners. The building stood out with a huge LGBTQ flag painted on the front catching the attention of passing traffic and as a result generated lots of repeat custom. New management have requested an overhaul of the premises inside and outside to retain old customers and attract new ones.
In the Main Bar area, 2 x 55” Samsung Hospitality LED TVs and 1 x 32” Samsung Hospitality LED TV were mounted on B-Tech or Peerless flat TV brackets. To compliment the TV screens in this area, 3 x Audac 8” 175W Loudspeakers were installed on swivel brackets. Swivel brackets allow staff to re-position the Loudspeakers if required towards busier areas of the pub so audio can be heard perfectly by everyone.
The 32” Samsung Hospitality LED TV was positioned behind the bar at the most visible point and will be used to display customised drinks offers and updates. To facilitate this, we opted for a commercial grade digital signage player with MySign digital signage software and templates. This allows staff to update and change the content on screen at pub level.
A brand-new pool table and a light up dart board have been added to the Pool Area, as well as 2 x 55” Samsung Hospitality LED TVs on flat TV brackets and 3 x Cloud 6” 100V Loudspeakers. The new owners wanted multiple outlets to watch live sport matches and a modern games area so that the Levenshulme is a great place to socialise with friends with a cold pint!
The most notable transformation is the Outdoor Area. It is now a large spacious outdoor viewing area with a sheltered canopy and lots of seating. There are 2 x 55” Samsung Hospitality LED TVs installed on Peerless flat TV brackets under the canopy. To add another layer of protection, the Outdoor TVs were secured within bespoke Outdoor TV Enclosures. An Outdoor TV Enclosure protects an Outdoor TV from adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain or wind. To finish the Outdoor Area, 3 x Audac 5” IP55 100V Outdoor Speakers were used to accompany the TV screens.
