Manchester City Football Club are one of the richest football clubs in the world and play at the 60,000 seat Etihad Stadium. The flagship store, located at the Etihad Stadium and the City Store in the Manchester Arndale shopping centre, offers the entire club merchandise collection; kit, training, fashion, souvenirs – the lot.

The Brief

TVC were commissioned to enhance the customers experience in store using the latest digital signage solutions and highest quality audio visual equipment. In addition, create shop front customer engagement, designed to drive footfall in store and increase customer retention.

The Delivery

TVC delivered on time, within budget and according to specification a solution of audio and visual equipment located throughout the stores. An ultra narrow bezel video wall screen was installed to seamlessly display full HD matches and offers.

High quality digital signage and standalone large format display screens were installed throughout the store to display offers, matches and name and number selection for replica kit purchases. Large projection of player images onto large walls spanning over two floors to fit in with Manchester City’s existing “look and feel”.

The shop window was fitted with sun light readable large format display screens again to display offers and games of seasons gone by. A green screen solution designed to give the customer/fan the experience of lifting the Premier League Trophy with their heroes.
