At Long Stone Manor, Care UK's newly opened care home in Wilmslow, Cheshire, we were commissioned to deliver a comprehensive audiovisual package for all bedrooms, main lounges, and the café.
Following previous sites specifications in other Care UK’s homes, such as Oat Hill Mews in Leicestershire, we were asked to provide a complete range of Smart TVs to be installed in Long Stone Manor’s luxurious bedrooms, lounge areas and cafes.
In the reception area, alongside a large Smart TV, Long Stone Manor site required a digital signage solution for displaying welcome messages, advertising the daily timetable to residents and improving communication in real-time.
Upon entering the reception area of Long Stone Manor, visitors are immediately welcomed by a striking Mitchell & Brown 43” Full HD Android Smart TV, seamlessly powered by MySign’s advanced digital signage software and commercial-grade media player.
As a leader in the digital signage industry, MySign’s innovative software enables the display of a wide range of essential information in a clear and organised manner. Whether providing details on resident locations for visiting guests, showcasing upcoming trips and activities, highlighting on-site employees, or delivering real-time global news, the system ensures effortless communication.
Beyond its display capabilities, the cloud-based software allows staff to efficiently schedule, update, and modify content with ease, ensuring information remains relevant and up to date. Additionally, the commercial-grade media player can deliver real-time weather forecasts, including current conditions and a five-day outlook, adapting dynamically to the time of day.

Across the bedrooms, lounges, and reception area at Long Stone Manor, we have installed 60 Mitchell & Brown 43” Full HD Android Smart TVs, delivering high-quality entertainment and ease of use for residents.
Following communication with Care UK, we identified their key requirements for television solutions, and the 43” Smart TV emerged as the ideal choice, meeting all specifications without compromise. A particularly valuable feature of the selected Mitchell & Brown TVs—one that strongly appealed to Care UK—is the comprehensive seven-year warranty, ensuring long-term reliability and peace of mind.
Each TV at Long Stone Manor is equipped with Freeview Play, providing residents with seamless access to the past seven days of on-demand programming from channels such as BBC, ITV, and Channel 4. This feature is especially beneficial for those who wish to catch up on missed episodes of their favourite dramas or discover new content.
With countless hours of free on-demand viewing available, Freeview Play also offers personalised recommendations, helping residents explore and enjoy a wide range of programmes at their convenience.
Moving into each of the lounge areas, we have supplied and installed five Mitchell & Brown JB-55BL1811 4K Ultra HD Linux Smart TVs.
Built with an ultra slim, contemporary design, these 55” models present stunning 4K Ultra HD picture, allowing for residents to enjoy their favourite shows, films and more with immense visual quality.
Complementing the state-of-the-art Smart TVs at Long Stone Manor is the installation of B-Tech’s Flat Screen Wall Mounts, featuring tilt and swivel functionality, across all lounge areas, bedrooms, and the reception. These high-quality mounts offer both installation efficiency and exceptional viewing flexibility.
B-Tech’s innovative ‘hook-on’ system ensures a straightforward and secure installation process, while the advanced mount interface allows for effortless tilt, swivel, and screen rotation adjustments. This adaptability minimises glare and optimises viewing angles, enhancing the experience for residents—whether in private bedrooms or communal lounge areas designed for group entertainment.
In addition to full screen rotation for easy repositioning, B-Tech’s wall mounts incorporate an integrated cable management system. This feature helps maintain a tidy, cable-free environment throughout Long Stone Manor, contributing to a clean and organised aesthetic.
