Following a recommendation from premium office fitout specialist, and long-time partners, Diamond Interiors, Advantage NRG engaged with TVC Technology Solutions to modernise their meeting and office technology to include a state-of-the-art video conferencing space.
As a growing business committed to efficient communication and smart working practices, Advantage NRG required an end-to-end AV and IT upgrade that would support hybrid collaboration with their client base around the UK, increase team productivity, and deliver professional-grade visual performance across their workspace.
The brief outlined a preference for versatile interactive displays, and desktop setups that would empower employees with modern, easy-to-use tools. Advantage NRG needed everything from supply and installation to configuration and post-install support.
DTEN Video Conferencing
TVC delivered a fully integrated solution tailored specifically for the needs of Advantage NRG. At the centre of this transformation was the installation of the DTEN D7X 75” Android Edition—a powerful, all-in-one Zoom Rooms solution. This large-format display offers ultra-responsive touch interaction and high-definition video conferencing, ideal for Advantage NRG’s internal meetings and client-facing presentations across the UK.
To enhance meeting control, the DTEN setup was paired with the DTEN Mate WiFi Dock, giving Advantage NRG employees seamless control over their video calls and content sharing via a dedicated Zoom Room controller.
This is an ideal setup for Advantage NRG employees, as it allows them to easily display presentations in virtual meetings whilst maintaining incredible visuals thanks to the installed 4K camera.
Further to that, with integrated speakers and extended screen/dual screen support, the ergonomic benefits that Advantage NRG employees will feel is endless.
Samsung Flip
For additional collaborative flexibility, a Samsung Flip 4 55” interactive display was installed using a B-Tech BT7550/B rotational wall mount.
This setup gives Advantage NRG teams the ability to rotate between landscape and portrait modes with ease—ideal for brainstorming, annotating, and visual planning in fast-paced meetings.
With seamless connectivity, including screen mirroring and USB drives, showcasing content or enhancing collaborative meetings using other devices is now easier than ever with the introduction of the Samsung Flip.
Samsung Curved Monitors
Beyond the boardroom, TVC supplied 42 Samsung 27” curved monitors to multiple Advantage NRG workstations. These premium monitors provide immersive viewing and help reduce eye strain for employees working on detailed tasks or extended screen time.
To complete the desktop setup, each workstation at Advantage NRG was equipped with a Cherry Gentix wireless keyboard and mouse set, offering reliable, cable-free operation and a streamlined, decluttered desk environment.
