Watch all your favourite live sport matches at the newly refurbished Blue Post pub in Stockton-on-Tees. Now part of the Craft Union Pub Company, they have invested money into modernising the premises by adding new AV equipment including several digital display screens and audio equipment.
In the Lounge Area, TVC added 2 x 55” Samsung Hospitality LED TVs on Peerless flat TV brackets. To accompany the TV screens, 3 x Audac 8” 175W Loudspeakers were mounted on swivel brackets. An additional Audac 10” Subwoofer was chosen to enhance the audio strength in this area. The Subwoofer will mainly be used at the weekend when live music performers are present.
In the Bar area, 6 x Samsung Hospitality LED TVs were installed on Peerless flat TV brackets. Hospitality TVs have a range of intuitive features that make them ideal for use in Hospitality settings. A Hospitality TV is specifically built to run for 16 – 24 hours per day. To compliment the TV offering in this area, 5 x Audac 8” 175W Loudspeakers were added on swivel brackets. Finally, a 4-in-1 LED light effect was included to use alongside the other AV equipment and of course – to get the party started!
The TV screens supplied and fitted by TVC will be used to display popular live sport matches with one exception, the 43” TV screen positioned behind the bar. This will solely be used to advertise drinks offers and promotions to customers queuing at the bar. We opted for a commercial grade digital signage player with MySign digital signage software and templates to enable the easy management of the content on screen.
In the Outdoor area, the new owners wanted to create a viewing area for customers to socialise, enjoy the weather, and watch live sport. To facilitate this, 1 x 55” Samsung Hospitality LED TV was installed under a wooden canopy on a Peerless flat TV bracket. This was then secured with a bespoke TVC Outdoor TV Enclosure. This Outdoor TV Enclosure helps protect the TV screen from unfavourable weather conditions and damage.
The Blue Post is now fully equipped and ready to welcome new customers with a wide array of modern AV equipment. Don’t forget to pay them a visit if you’re ever in the Stockton-on-Tees area!
