Our team was tasked with upgrading an older 4:3 format LED screen, positioned prominently at the centre of the racecourse. Rather than replacing the entire system, we reconfigured it into a sleek and modern 16:9 widescreen display. To achieve this transformation, we installed additional framework and custom brackets, supplied by the client, to support the new screen configuration — ensuring a precise fit and optimal visual alignment.
The result: sharp, crystal-clear visuals that significantly enhance the viewing experience for racegoers — all without the expense of a full hardware replacement.
This upgrade not only prolonged the lifespan of the existing screen but also brought it in line with contemporary broadcast and digital signage standards. It’s now ideally suited for a range of applications, including live racing footage, dynamic betting odds, promotional messaging, and more.
In addition to the screen transformation, we deployed a new cloud-based digital signage platform, powered by MySign Digital Signage. This intuitive solution supports picture-in-picture (PiP) functionality, enabling the stadium to simultaneously display live race footage and branded communications — a seamless blend that enriches the overall spectator experience.
