TVC help transform a former bank into a sport & music venue

The Bees Knees franchise has revamped the former Lloyds TSB site in Blackburn, into a two-storey sport and music venue with the installation of an impressive 110” video wall and over 13 Mitchell & Brown TV’s.

The bar focuses on live sport and wanted to have the biggest screen in the area. To achieve this, TVC supplied and installed 4 x Philips BDL5588XC screens with ultra-narrow bezels, secured to the raised viewing position with several Peerless DS-VW765 video wall brackets. A Wyrestorm HDMI Splitter and Switch were used to allow 4 individual sources, with the option of displaying on single or combined screens. Some of the larger Mitchell & Brown models were also required, including 7 x 50” JB-501811FSM, 4 x 55” JB-551811FSMFS and 2 x JB-651811FSM4K screens.

The venue had around 200 customers visit the bar during the opening day watching football, cricket, and rugby on various screens.

The Bees Knees franchise, which has bars in Rawtenstall, Accrington, and Oldham, plans to convert Pharaoh’s in Hargreaves Street, Burnley, into its fifth outlet next year.
